Match tickets
Arsenal give us a small allocation for each home game. It's never guaranteed, and it's one ticket per person. Here's exactly how it works.

How it works
Seven steps, start to finish. Most of it happens on Luma, where you'll request games and pay.
The deposit is the most you'll ever pay, never more. We refund any difference once Arsenal bill us.

Be a member
Join for €11 for the season. Tickets are for members only.

Find the game
Pick it from the Luma calendar ↗ (shown below). New league and cup games appear here as they're confirmed.

Request it pay deposit
On the Luma calendar ↗, tap the game and pay the deposit, €70 for normal games, €125 for the big ones. Use the same email you joined with, or we can't match you.

We allocate
Arsenal confirm our allocation 6-8 weeks before kickoff, and we approve every request by hand. If a game's oversubscribed it goes to a draw, with priority for longer-standing members who haven't been to a game yet, so it's shared around.

Didn't get one?
Luma refunds your deposit automatically. Heads-up: that refund can land soon after you sign up and look like a rejection. It isn't, you're still in until we confirm.

Final price
Once Arsenal bill us we refund any difference against your deposit (3-4 days to land). It never costs more than the deposit.

Your ticket
Arsenal send tickets a couple of days before the game and we forward yours on WhatsApp. Our seats are always together, usually behind the goal at the clock end.

Common questions
Does membership get me a ticket?
No. The allocation's limited, never guaranteed, members only, one per person.
When will I find out if I've got a ticket?
Arsenal confirm our allocation 6-8 weeks before the game, and we let you know as soon as we do. Until then your request is in the running.
When do I actually get the ticket?
Arsenal send them a couple of days before kickoff. We forward yours on WhatsApp, it's a digital ticket.
Why was I refunded right after signing up?
Luma does that automatically, you're still in the running. We confirm later.
Can I sit with my mates?
Yes, our tickets are always together. The exact spot varies, but it's by the clock end.
Which email do I use?
Sign up to Luma with the same email you joined with, or we can't match you to your membership.
Away games, or games in Spain?
Occasionally we get a few. It's rare, and we flag them on WhatsApp first.
Cup games?
They go on the calendar once confirmed.
Can I sell my ticket on?
No. Resale means leaving the club and a possible ban from Arsenal FC. Can't go? Tell us and we'll offer it to another member.
